Satisfied with all doctors we have seen.
Booking by phone first thing, in the morning does not work well.
Have you thought about opening surgery half hour before opening to people can que to make appointments.

Quick, efficient and treated to me.
Everything was clearly explained.
One improvement if I may - one which has no doubt been suggested before.
If an appointment is for OF 30 it cannot start on time if the door is opened at the same time. 5 minutes would help!
